Jay grew up in Utica, Michigan. Following his graduation from Michigan State University, Dr. Lang went on to the University of Detroit Mercy where he earned his D.D.S. in 2002. After practicing general dentistry for several years, he returned to UDM and completed his Master of Science degree along with a Certificate in Endodontics in 2007. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor within the Endodontic Department at UDM.

T. J. was born and raised in Troy, MI. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, he attended dental school at Colombia University in New York City. Once he completed dental school in 2013, T. J. obtained a position as a general dentistry resident at the Northport VA Medical Center on Long Island. He later earned his specialty certification in Endodontics from Stoney Brook University in 2016. T.J. currently lives in Rochester and when he isn’t working, enjoys playing soccer and basketball and spending time with his dog.

Aliesha is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in the dental industry for 4 ½ years. She completed her externship with Orchard Endodontics in 2012 and has since remained a loyal member of our team. Aliesha’s calm demeanor lends a sense of security and confidence within her patients and ensures a positive experience during their visit. She believes in alleviating her patients’ stress and concerns through education and compassion. When Aliesha is not providing comforting care to her patients in the office, she enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her family and friends. Aliesha lives in Washington Township, Michigan with her husband, two boys and two dogs.

Laura is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in the dental industry for 12 years. She joined the team at Orchard Endodontics in 2015 and has shared her extensive knowledge and background with her patients and coworkers. Laura’s ability to apply her experience to a vast array of scenarios has enabled her to assist and treat a variety of cases and enhance even the most apprehensive patient’s experience with our office. She makes it her personal goal to ensure every patient leaves our office feeling confident they have received the best endodontic care available. When Laura is not at work easing the minds of her patients, she finds enjoyment spending time with her family. Laura, her fiancé and all of their children live in Yale, Michigan.

Kate joined the team at Orchard Endodontics in May 2018. She brings with her 6 years of experience and knowledge in the dental industry. Kate offers our patients a calm, comforting demeanor and uses her experience to connect with our patients and assist them in understanding and preparing for treatment. When Kate is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her daughter. Kate lives in our very own backyard, Shelby Township, Michigan.

Michele is our Financial Coordinator and member of our front desk team. She has worked in the dental field for 10 years and has been a valuable member of the team at Orchard Endodontics since 2012. Her area of expertise enables Michele to present an organized treatment plan and coordinate their insurance benefits or payment options. Michele exudes the utmost degree of professionalism and takes the time to build her patients’ trust when assisting them with their financial planning. When Michele is not helping her patients coordinate their care, she enjoys spending time up north on Torch Lake, boating, cross country skiiing and soaking up the sun. Michele and her husband live in Rochester, Michigan.

Taylor is a member of our front desk team. She has been a member of our team since 2018 and continually strives to provide exceptional quality care to her patients. Taylor enjoys being the first point of contact with our patients and understand that she is instrumental in creating the type of experience a patient has during their time spent with our office. She consistently provides the foundation for a healthy relationship with each patient. When Taylor is not helping build these relationships, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing softball and being outdoors. Taylor currently lives in Royal Oak with her boyrfriend and their cat.
